It’s not too early to start looking at the Class of 2020 players expected to make an impact on the upcoming Georgia high school lacrosse season.
LaxRecords.com has compiled a list of the boy’s high school lacrosse players who wrapped up their careers in a new century club with at least 200 career points.
It was a crazy week across the South as playoffs are in high-gear in some states and the regular season is winding down in others. We saw some craziness in both South Carolina and Florida over the past week as Florida finished the first round of the playoffs and state champions crowned in South Carolina.
This week’s national notebook profiles a Florida player who doctors though was paralyzed, a pair of Georgia players who reached milestones, a Florida player tying one of the state’s best and a look at some familiar names on the USA Today Preseason All-America team.
There are 57 new boys high school lacrosse players added to the 2019 High School Stat Leaders today. Thomas Mencke from Highland Park (Texas) leads all scorers, while Aiden Bullock from Douglas County (Colo.) leads the way for faceoff men.
There are 11 players included in today’s Best Known Performers list, including a Syracuse commit creeping closer to 400 career points and a Fletcher (Fla.) player scoring a dozen. Players from California, Florida and Georgia appear in today’s update.
Among today’s Best Known Stat Performers is Pope (Marietta, Ga.) junior Sam Metzinger, who earned a spot on the Most Goals in a Game list in his first varsity start. Also today, Centennial (Roswell, Ga.) started its season with a big goal game. Click to read more.

This week’s Around the Crease is all about the goalies. Collegiate (Va.) senior Jack Rusbuldt passes 1,000 and St. Paul’s (Md.) junior sets a season record. Plus, New Jersey’s Jon Pierce and Joshua Murdy along with Pope (Ga.) senior Michael Oswald earn spots on the all-time saves list.
Today is a pretty big update with players from Weddington (N.C.) and Bellarmine Prep (Wash.) leading the goal-scoring charge. Upper Dublin (Pa.) senior Michael Sowers continues his stellar season by crossing the 500 point mark. Mannheim Township (Pa.) and Christ School (N.C.) both earn spots on the Most Goals in a Game list.
