What a pair of players at Mystic Valley (Malden, Massachusetts) did in a single game is believed to have never been done before in high school lacrosse history. Also in today's Around the Crease weekly notebook, a Red Bank Regional (New Jersey) goalie surpasses 1,000 career saves and LaxRecords follows up with last week's career leaders.

This week's Around the Crease is all about the goalies. Collegiate (Va.) senior Jack Rusbuldt passes 1,000 and St. Paul's (Md.) junior sets a season record. Plus, New Jersey's Jon Pierce and Joshua Murdy along with Pope (Ga.) senior Michael Oswald earn spots on the all-time saves list.

Players from Cedar Crest (Pennsylvania), New Hartford (New York) and West Windsor-Plainsboro South (New Jersey) all scored at least 10 points in a game on Thursday. Also among today's best known performers are several goalies, including Jon Pierce from Red Bank Regional (New Jersey) who added 20 saves to his career total.

The afternoon update to the Best Known Performances showcases a Red Bank Regional (New Jersey) goalie surpassing 900 career saves and teammates at Mount Greylock (Massachusetts) combining for 23 points.

Alexander Sprague Getsy from Johnson City (N.Y.) tied for the most assists in a game and scored the second-most points in a game against Chenango Valley. Also today, Monticello (Minn.) appears to have the known record for the most goals scored in a single game.

Morris Catholic (N.J.) junior Matthew Graziano continues his stellar sophomore season in which he has five games of at least 10 points in a game. Also today, a pari of players from Vernon-Verona-Sherrill (N.Y.) earn spots on the Best Known Performances list, including a goalie who made more than 30 saves.

In a massive update today, a New York head coach wins his 300th career game, players from the Southeast have been added to our Season Leaders list and several players from New York and New Jersey put up big numbers in Thursday night games.
