Max Quinzani was a four-year varsity player at Duxbury (Duxbury, Mass.). He helped the Dragons to a 96-4 record and to state championships in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
At the time of his graduation, Quinzani held the all-time record for most points in a career. He passed Casey Powell’s 553 to take the top spot, at the time.
The Boston Globe named Quinzani its Player of the Year in 2005 and 2006. In 2006, Quinzani helped Duxbury to a 25-0 record and scored nine points in the 14-7 win over Xaverian Brothers in the state championship game.
The attackman earned a spot on the 2006 Under Armour All-America Team, where he recorded one goal and one assist in a victory.
