Individual Performances
Covenant (Va.) senior Drew Gaffney tallied 10 points on five goals and five assists in the Eagles’ season-opening victory over Hargrave Military Academy (Va.).
Mountain Vista (Colo.) sophomore Colin Munro tallied 11 points on seven goals and four assists in a 17-4 win over Douglas County on Wednesday. The attackman has 10 goals in two games this season.
Thousand Oaks (Calif.) senior Nick Auger scored seven goals in a 10-7 win over Redondo Union (Calif.). Check out the entire recap from MaxLaxLa.com.
Team Performances
Covenant (Va.) opened its season in spectacular fashion, defeating Hargrave Military Academy 26-4 on Thursday. The Eagles are now tied for the season lead for the most goals scored in a single game.
Creekview (Ga.) scored 25 goals in a 25-0 win over River Ridge (Ga.). The win was the Grizzlies third-straight.
Pine Crest (Fla.) won its fifth-straight game and had its highest goal total of the year with a 25 goal performance on Thursday. The Panthers defeated Calvary Christian (Fla.) 25-5.
